GenBridge is an interdisciplinary alliance that brings together people with experience in community organizing, workforce development, technology, and capacity building, all grounded in equity. We operate with a public-interest mindset, working alongside grassroots organizations to share knowledge, build local capacity, and support communities in leading their own solutions. We believe that communities across the country face similar challenges, and that when knowledge, skills, and resources are shared, everyone benefits. Our work is rooted in strengthening what already exists within communities and helping ensure they have the support needed to shape their own futures.
